Over the last 7 years our main line of business has been working closely with property management companies. We started out in 2016 with our very first company, which to this day is our main provider of work which we are entirely grateful for. Since then, we have been able to expand within this industry and now work with a total of 10 property management companies with further companies potentially in the pipe line.

Due to the locations of our personnel, we are able and currently cover a vast area of the south including Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, London and many more locations.

As a company, we like to work closely not only with the management companies, but with the people who live on the sites we attend, including the assigned site directors. We believe that working in this way helps us to build up a good rapport with all parties, thus giving them confidence that they have employed a company they can rely and trust in.

We cover an array of work from EICR reports, emergency light testing, fire alarm/AOV testing, PAT testing, monthly flick tests, emergency lighting upgrades, door entry systems and much more - but it doesn’t end there because we also work closely alongside other tradesman we have worked with for many years and would only recommend them on the basis that they work with the same ethics as we do at RJM. In fact we have put forward many other trades to date, that have carried out work for our property maintenance companies. If there’s something we generally can’t do, there is usually someone we know that can.

It's also worth noting, that we are in most cases able to attend site within 24hrs to any more urgent jobs, and in some cases the very same day. We aim to have more urgent jobs closed out as soon a possible. This gives everyone peace of mind that their issues can be resolved without delay.

Our main objective in the future would be expand this line of work and bring in further personnel. We would also like to change the landscape of how properties are currently run so that the sites can be run as efficient as possible. At present we aim to do this by advising well in advance of any potential issues that may arise in the future within any of the sites we are working on.
